A set for making compact atom models having a wide range of biochemical structures. The mushroom style atom links are used to give a compact appearance to the molecules that can be made with the Biochemistry kit.
Examples of structures that can be built with the Biochemistry molecular model kit include amino-acids, mono-saccharides, fatty acids, glycerol, steroids, purines and pyrimidines, peptides, disaccharides, nucleosides, nuleotides, coenzymes, proteins, polysaccharides and nucleic acids. The Biochemistry model kit is supplied in two large boxes.
The Biochemistry Molecular Model Kit includes:
257 atom-parts
42 Carbon, 4-holes tetra black
26 Carbon, 2 lin., 24 trig. Black
34 Nitrogen, 12 tetra, 12 trig., 10 ang. blue
